A Isoeste Metálica, a reference in steel engineering solutions for the solar energy sector, won the first place in the Greener ranking. The company was recognized as the largest supplier of fixed structures in Brazil, with more than 100 MWp installed in the first half of 2024.

According to the manufacturer, the leadership reflects not only the volume of deliveries, but also the continuous commitment to innovation and quality. In an interview with Canal Solar, Felipe Regis, executive manager of the company's photovoltaic segment, highlighted the relevance of investments in R&D (research and development).

"Our focus is always on innovation, and recent investments reflect this commitment.. We have a test track within the factory park and we work with highly qualified professionals to ensure that the solutions meet the highest quality and safety standards,” he said.

“We have our own engineering team, made up of more than 40 specialists who closely monitor each project, ensuring that solutions are customized to the needs of each client. Isoeste Metálica does not limit itself to providing metal structures, we offer engineering solutions”, he added.

With over 12 years of experience in the market, the company allocates R$1,5 million annually to the development of new solutions, in partnership with universities and industry experts. In the last 12 months, for example, over 30 tons of steel underwent rigorous technical testing.

Highlights at Intersolar 2024

In its fourth consecutive participation in Intersolar, the largest solar energy event in Latin America, Isoeste Metálica presented its main solutions. One of the attractions at the stand was the Carport patented as “Z-PORT®”.

“We present a compact and efficient solution for photovoltaic projects, with simplified installation and high durability,” emphasized Regis. He also highlighted the manufacturer’s focus on developing solutions based on rigorous technical studies, in partnership with universities and a team of more than 40 specialized engineers. “It is not enough to simply provide structures; it is essential to invest in innovation.”

High performance solutions

One of the distinguishing features of Isoeste Metálica’s structures is the use of high-strength pre-galvanized steel. Tested in Salt Spray tests, the material has proven to be up to three times more resistant than common galvanized steel, with long-lasting protection against corrosion. This ensures that the company’s solutions are reliable even in highly corrosive environments.

In addition, the company's portfolio includes the Monoposte structure, which is adjustable to the terrain's topography and can handle slopes of up to 10%. Designed to adapt to different wind loads and weather conditions, this solution offers flexibility in installation, making it ideal for photovoltaic plants located on uneven terrain.

Isoeste Metálica also highlighted that it has shelters for inverters, structures for agrovoltaic systems and the SIGFI (Individual Electric Power Generation System with Intermittent Source).
