Livraria da Vila, located in the JK Iguatemi Shopping Mall in São Paulo, was the stage for the launch of two outstanding legal works: “TAGD Advogados 10 Years: Legal-Business Aspects in Brazil”, coordinated by Maurício Terciotti, partner at the TAGD firm, and “The Influence of Risks in Turnkey EPC Contracts”, authored by Raphael Donato, also a partner at the firm.

The event, which took place last Monday (02), brought together professionals from the legal and business sectors to celebrate the company's launches, which is a multidisciplinary office specialized in the energy sector.

The energy area is led by partner Marvin Menezes, and TAGD Advogados also has regulatory, corporate, tax, labor and civil law teams with vast experience in the most varied aspects of the sector.

Brazil reaches more than 10 GW in new generating plants in 2024

According to the company, the collective work contains several specific articles on energy, resulting from the challenges faced by office professionals in their daily lives.

The book by Raphael Donato also addresses a topic of great relevance to the energy sector. EPC contracts are widely used in the market for the construction of projects such as hydroelectric plants, wind farms, solar plants and transmission lines.
