A Civil Police of the State of Goiás served, last Thursday (11), a preventive arrest warrant against Rodrigo Barçante by the fraud and criminal association crimes.
Together with his partner, using a installation of painéis solares, he would have struck a large number of people in Pará.
Crimes in the solar sector have been increasingly frequent in 2022
According to the police, Rodrigo sold several pieces of equipment in the state, however, none of them were installed, causing damage to numerous victims. The loss on each sale was worth R$ 150 thousand.
The man, arrested in Goiânia through the Deic (State Office of Criminal Investigations) and his GAB (Anti-Bank Robbery Group) in support of the Police Directorate of the interior of the State of Pará, is now at the disposal of the Judiciary, to answer for the crime committed.

According to the Civil Police of the State of Goiás, the image and other information of the person being investigated were disclosed in accordance with Law No. 13.869/2019 and Ordinance No. 547/2021 – PC, with the aim of informing the community, identifying possible others involved and, mainly, victims who can bring more evidence.
