The Descarbonize Group, a solar energy company, has been consolidating its expansion with accelerated growth in recent years. The company is doubling in size, driven by a combination of internal strategies and a favorable market environment.

This progress has been directly reflected in the increase in the number of employees, with new hires in various areas to sustain the accelerated pace of development.

The expansion of the team is in line with the company's strategy of investing in innovation, diversification of solutions and a more robust national presence in the solar energy market.

According to company representatives, structural factors such as investment in technology, ongoing team training, and process automation were also key to creating an internal environment conducive to growth.

At the same time, the advancement of the market BESS and electric mobility signals new frontiers for the solar sector, reinforcing the company's commitment to expanding its operations.

One of the main challenges faced by companies in this segment is maintaining financial strength in a market characterized by narrow margins. For Decarbonize, operational efficiency and product profitability have become key metrics in decision-making, allowing for a balance between sales volume and financial health.

"We understand this is crucial because it provides security to our partners and customers, considering the solar market is new. Many companies have already exited this market, and more will follow suit," said Ayres Silva, Commercial Director.

"That's why we focus on operational efficiency, work with the best products on the market, and have invested in the entire value chain (Sol Agora and Descarbonize Serviços) to add even more value to our customers," Silva said.

Corporate governance has also gained prominence in this trajectory. According to the company, growth is accompanied by rigorous process control and the use of technologies that ensure scalability without compromising service quality.

Organic growth and action on multiple fronts

The corporation's expansion has been largely organic, focused on increasing its customer base and diversifying its products and services.

The company has sought to operate across the entire value chain, with branches focused on financial services and solutions, as well as strategic partnerships with retailers and fintechs, initiatives that reinforce its position in the face of market evolution.

Recent industry data supports optimism. A Greener study shows that demand for photovoltaic equipment in Brazil exceeded 22 GWp in 2024, with investments exceeding R$60 billion, a growth of 27% compared to the previous year.

The reduction in the cost of technologies such as batteries and electric mobility solutions should also expand the reach of solar energy in the coming years.

Next Steps

Over the next 12 to 14 months, the company intends to consolidate new stages of its growth plan and establish itself as a leader in the Brazilian solar energy market.

Among the actions already underway are the inauguration of a new distribution center in the Northeast, in Suape (PE), and the launch of a digital platform aimed at integrators, with an official presentation scheduled for the next edition of Intersolar South America 2025, which presents new developments and technologies focused on distributed generation, storage and energy efficiency.

The company is also taking advantage of the fair to reinforce its expansion in the sector, which includes opening new positions. See below: https://www.aldo.com.br/portais/trabalhe-conosco/

Furthermore, the expansion of its brand and equipment portfolio aims to serve different customer profiles and enhance its operational flexibility. The company believes that, with a more robust ecosystem and attentiveness to industry trends, it is prepared to sustain its growth pace.
