In the energy sector since 2019, AG Power, a company with a strong presence in the interior of São Paulo and recognized with four awards as the best company in the sector in Campinas, indicated by Agência Midaz, announced its reformulation and now operates as a group focused on energy efficiency.
With more than 1,2 projects installed, the entity has its own technical team and exclusive physical structure to serve its customers with quality and efficiency.
The change in the company's positioning was motivated, mainly, by the need to reinforce seriousness in a market that, according to AG Power itself, faces several credibility problems.
The group is expanding its operations and adopting a new strategic identity. The change reinforces the commitment to constant innovation, high technical standards and the building of trusting relationships in the energy market.
''The idea of becoming a group with diversified solutions in solar energy is to take all the credibility gained over these 6 years — with more than 1.200 projects installed and approved in retail — to other applications, maintaining the same standard of excellence, seriousness and trust in serving the end customer'', stated Alan Cussolin, managing partner of AG Power.
AG Power's areas of activity
With a corporate structure organized into different areas of operation, AG Power has been consolidating its presence in the solar energy sector through solutions tailored to different customer profiles — from residential consumers to institutional investors.
AG Power Retail
Focused on serving the end customer directly, AG Power Varejo has incorporated emerging technologies such as hybrid systems, batteries, off-grid solutions, and chargers for electric vehicles. Currently, the segment generates over R$ 1 million in revenue per month, and the strategy is to expand the portfolio with offerings that require no initial investment from the consumer.
AG Power Rental
In this area, the company installs solar energy systems with no initial cost. The customer then pays a fixed monthly fee, with up to a 30% discount compared to the average energy bill of the last 13 months. After five years, the accumulated savings can be used for the outright purchase of the system.
This model is already being applied in small businesses, such as bakeries and gyms, and, according to Guilherme Marton, managing partner of the company, it has proven especially attractive to entrepreneurs seeking savings without the need for their own capital.
AG Power Maintenance
Responsible for ensuring the performance and durability of solar power plants, AG Power Manutenção offers periodic preventive maintenance services. The technical team monitors the operation of the generating units daily, guaranteeing continuous operation and preventing interruptions in supply.
AG Power Plants
Aimed at investors, this unit develops customized business models, focusing on legal and technical security, for those who wish to generate income through solar energy generation.
AG Power Management
The company's management team is responsible for monitoring the performance of the plants, issuing operational reports, overseeing maintenance, and managing energy credits — both for its own assets and for clients who do not have an internal structure for this function.
Plant management and new technologies
In a sector that increasingly demands responsibility and professionalism, AG Power stands out by offering a service structure, focusing on the integrity of installations and the efficient management of solar plants.
The business reinforces its operations in areas ranging from the rental of roofs and land for photovoltaic generation to remote monitoring and maintenance of its own and third-party systems.
“Today we have an application that allows us to issue reports and monitor the plant on a daily basis. The work is the same as we do in leasing projects: we monitor the plant to ensure that it is not shut down, we periodically monitor its efficiency, we issue invoices to end customers and we take care of all operations and maintenance,” added Cussolin.
The company is also making progress in including hybrid systems with batteries and chargers for electric vehicles in its retail portfolio. The first project with batteries will be installed soon, in addition to a test unit being developed at AG Power's own headquarters in Campinas.
