Plant achieves 15% increase in generation performance by changing inverters

TMW Energy replaced the 21 inverters at its plant, located in Campinas (SP), with 250 kW Canadian models

We replaced the inverters at our plant, located in Campinas (SP), and we are operating normally and with productivity gains. This is what Eduardo Lima, Project Manager at TMW Energy, stated.

In an interview with Canal Solar, Lima said that the company, which belongs to the Brazilian group Royal FIC, replaced the 21 inverters, which were presenting problems, with 250 kW models from Canadian Solar.

According to Vitor Sleiman, Canadian’s LATAM Sales Manager, the company provided TMW with all the support it could through its local technical support to ensure the replacement was carried out without any losses for the customer. “In fact, the photovoltaic project achieved a 6% to 15% increase in generation performance,” he highlighted.

    That's why every time before making a quote, I warn people that I only work with top-of-the-line equipment.
    I understand that there are companies that buy cheaper equipment, in order to reduce the final cost for the customer, or even to try to increase their own profits.
    But… Everyone knows that quality has its price. And it is based on the use of proven quality equipment, which I created the identity of my company.
    I'd rather not close a deal than have to install bad equipment in my clients' homes.
    There is no point in being desperate to compete on price, because using “cheap” equipment is guaranteed to cause headaches, for the installing company and especially for customers.
    Today here at the company we are using only 3 brands of modules, BYD, Risen and Canadian. And two brands of inverters, Canadian and Fronius.

    Quality makes all the difference!!!
