Held annually by Reclame Aqui – the largest platform for resolving conflicts between consumers and companies in Latin America – the RA1000 has become an extremely relevant award in the country, as it assesses the reliability of companies through customer experience.
In the 13th edition of the award aimed at companies with a good reputation on the platform and trust in consumer relations, 1,7 brands were nominated and competed for the best positions in 185 categories. Among them is the Solar Energy category, in which 6 companies were finalists, such as Renovigi Solar Energy.
The Brazilian manufacturer was the only one nominated for its market positioning, and won 3rd place among the best consumer companies in solar energy photovoltaic in 2023.
In a survey with end consumers, Renovigi was defined as trustworthy by 69% of customers in 2023, while the high quality of its products was highlighted by 55% of consumers.

João Vitor Alves, Technical Support and After-Sales Coordinator at Renovigi, was one of the representatives at the awards ceremony, which took place at the beginning of December. For him, “Renovigi has customer satisfaction as its philosophy and being recommended to Reclame Aqui consolidates this essence developed over 11 years of excellence in service and conflict management”.
“Although we did not win 1st place, this nomination energizes our team to maintain continuous improvement in the search for excellence”, added Alves.
