A RZK Energy this week concluded the acquisition of four new photovoltaic generation projects next to Solar Gold Brazil, in the municipalities of Monte Aprazível (SP), Linhares (ES), Rondonópolis (MT) and Aparecida do Taboado (MS).
Os newly incorporated assets add around 4 MWp to the company's portfolio, which now reaches 28 projects in operation in 2024, including solar and biogas plants.
In continuous operation, the acquisitions of the company have long-term allocation contracts in force protocols for supply to financial institutions and food and beverage companies in their respective locations, which total R$70 million.
“The company's strategy expands in service to the end customer through long-term plant rental contracts, providing a significant cost reduction for customers”, highlights the CEO and Managing Partner of RZK Energia, Luiz Serrano.
Considering the plants in operation and those under construction, the RZK Energia's renewable energy generation capacity is 220 MW.
Currently, the company serves around 15 thousand consumer units in GD (distributed generation) through own assets, in addition to another 200 units in ACL (Free Contracting Environment).
