The company SMA, an important manufacturer of inverters for photovoltaic systems, became the newest partner of the Canal Solar. The agreement was signed on April 30th between the Executive Director of Canal Solar, engineer Bruno Kikumoto, and Branch manager from SMA in Brazil, engineer Pedro Alves. The partnership foresees the creation of technical content, such as articles and explanatory videos about inverters.
SMA is a company based in Germany and operates globally. In Brazil, SMA has been expanding its operations with great force in recent years. SMA's main differentiator in relation to its competitors is the high level of technological development and its demanding quality standards.
SMA has the world's largest marketshare in the segment of photovoltaic inverters for connection to the grid (grid-tie).
