The following income brackets are eligible for the program: Urban 1: gross monthly family income up to R$ 2.640,00; Urban 2: gross monthly family income between R$ 2.640,01 and R$ 4.400,00; Rural Bracket 1: gross annual family income up to R$ 31.680,00. According to the decree, surplus energy produced by solar systems may be purchased by distributors or sold to public bodies, as regulated by... ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency). The text also stipulated that, starting December 31, 2025, the program would prioritize housing units certified under the PBE Edifica (Brazilian Building Labeling Program).
