Aiming to assist integrators in placing orders and budgets for a photovoltaic system, the photovoltaic equipment distributor TenBrasil launched a digital platform this month. According to Rouglas Strapazzon, the company's marketing and development supervisor, the tool was developed considering the routine and needs of Brazilian integrators.
According to Strapazzon, the platform is intuitive, allowing the integrator to know the number of quotes and orders already made, in addition to calculating the size of the photovoltaic system. “We researched through the company's social media and spoke to our main customers, all of whom indicated their needs. We considered all of the integrators' needs, providing the practicality of a digital tool and the partner's freedom to choose the items for their order,” explains the executive.
Strapazzon also comments that the platform suggests equipment to be installed based on the desired power, type or manufacturer, considering the compatibility between photovoltaic panels, inverters, structures, string box, cables and connectors.
“The platform stands out because it has few steps for the practical assembly of the generator kit, which makes the steps and calculations easier. In addition to making it easy to find the ideal items, the tool also helps the integrator in their day-to-day work,” highlights the executive.
After completing the order, the integrator can collect it directly from the TenBrasil distributor or ask for it to be delivered by the company to the registered address. Product billing may be named by the integrator's company or with the name of the end customer.
“Using the TenBrasil platform, all it takes is a click on the quote button for it to become a hassle-free order. My experience with the platform has been wonderful, as it is simplified and easy to understand, and it provides greater agility in placing orders and quotes, and can be done in real time,” says Ketelin Janaína de Miranda, administrative manager at JLG Engenharia Solar.
The platform is available on the TenBrasil website and already has more than a thousand registered integrators. Currently, the distributor sells products from Jetion, Canadian, BYD, Beyondsun, Sunenergy, Fronius, Solis, the entire line of stringboxes, structures and cables. To access the platform, click here.
