O CIGRE-Brazil (Brazilian National Committee of the International Council of Large Electric Grids) will hold a free webinar to present the AnaHVDC, this Wednesday (27), at 15 pm.
AnaHVDC is the new application of the ANA family, developed by CEPEL (Electric Energy Research Center) to analyze electromagnetic and electromechanical transients in large-scale electrical networks, especially those with multiple direct current links.
The event will be attended by Leonardo Pinto de Almeida, a researcher at CEPEL, who will detail the characteristics and functionalities of AnaHVDC, which is in the development phase.
For Adel Mendonça, coordinator of CE-C2 at CIGRE-Brasil, “this is a great opportunity for professionals and students in the electrical energy sector to learn about the new tool developed by CEPEL”.
“With this action, the CIGRE-Brazil reaffirms its role as a reference in the production and sharing of technical-scientific knowledge in the electrical sector, promoting the exchange of experiences and the dissemination of innovations that drive the development of the sector”, says Mendonça.
Those interested in participating in the webinar must register using the form provided, by clicking here.
