The distributor of photovoltaic equipment Win opened this Tuesday (10), its first sustentable House in the state of Rio de Janeiro. According to the company, the objective of the project is to develop energy efficiency and environmental sustainability solutions.

The new administrative headquarters of the group member All Nations is located in the municipality of Nova Iguaçu, metropolitan region of the state, with an investment of R$ 1 million allocated to engineering and architectural works.

The establishment has approximately 248 m² and uses DG (distributed generation). In addition, it has rainwater collection systems for use in gardens and flush toilets, a vertical garden and an external glass structure to make better use of natural lighting, further reducing energy consumption.

Also according to the company, the new headquarters was developed with the purpose of providing sustainable solutions to the entire population of the region.

“The environment for employees was designed to encourage the use of creativity and innovation in solving obstacles and continuous improvement, with plenty of nature, elaborate decoration, relaxing environments, an area for outdoor meetings and leisure”, comments Camila Nascimento, director from Win.

Among the solutions are spaces for charging electric vehicles and electronic waste disposal points, in addition to being an environmental center that offers monitored visits from professionals in the sector, schools, institutions and NGOs.

In addition, spaces are available for training, product demonstrations and presentation of new technologies. The unit is located at Rua Ivan Vigne, 299, in the Center, Nova Iguaçu (RJ).
