ANEEL Announces finalists for the 2025 Consumer Satisfaction Award.

Canal Solar - ANEEL Announces finalists for the 2025 Consumer Satisfaction Award.

A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) released this Tuesday (3) the list of finalist distributors for the Award ANEEL Customer Satisfaction Award 2025, which recognizes the companies best rated by customers in their respective concession areas.

The award is based on the IASC (Index of Academic Performance). ANEEL (Consumer Satisfaction Index), compiled annually since 2000. Between September 1st and December 1st of last year, approximately 30 consumers participated in the survey, conducted by Qualitest Inteligência em Pesquisa, contracted by the Agency to administer the questionnaires.

During the survey, consumers evaluate the quality of energy supply and services provided, considering criteria such as reliability, access to the company, clarity of information, as well as indicators of loyalty and trust in the distributor.

The final result, with the selection of the winners among the 103 distributors, concessionaires, and permit holders, will be announced on March 25th. The ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM in the Eliseu Resende Auditorium, at the ANTT headquarters in Brasília (DF), with live streaming on the channel of [unclear - likely a channel name]. The prize ANEEL It is considered one of the main indicators of perceived quality in the electricity distribution sector in the country, reflecting consumers' evaluation of the services provided by distributors.

Northern Region

All dealerships in the region are competing, but only one has achieved an IASC score of 60 points or higher and will be announced at the ceremony.

North East Region

  • Energisa Paraíba
  • Energisa Sergipe
  • Sulgipe

Central-West Region – above 500 consumer units

  • Energisa Mato Grosso
  • Energisa Mato Grosso do Sul
  • Equatorial Goiás

Southern, Southeastern, and Central-Western regions – up to 30 consumer units

  • Effluent
  • Hydropan
  • Mux Energy

Southern, Southeastern, and Central-Western regions – above 30 and up to 500 consumer units.

  • Chesp
  • Cooperaliança
  • demei

Southeast Region – above 500 consumer units

  • CPFL Piratininga
  • CPFL Santa Cruz
  • Energisa Minas Rio

Southern Region – above 500 consumer units

  • Celesc-Dis
  • Copel-Dis
  • RGE

Brazil – Utility companies serving more than 500 consumer units.

All concessionary distributors with a market exceeding 500 consumer units and an IASC (Index of Consumer Audience Score) equal to or above 60 points are eligible to compete.

Brazil – Licensees

All concessionaires with an IASC score of 60 points or higher are eligible to compete.

Licensees – up to 10 consumer units
