Thinking about expanding its service to clients interested in investing in renewable energy projects, Amara NZero innovated its service to offer solutions aimed at Brazilian businesses and consumers.

According to Felipe Cunha, commercial director of Amara NZero, the company's website is updated weekly with features for different groups in order to improve purchasing.

The executive also highlighted that the company seeks to improve its service team in order to offer customers affordable financing. “As distributors, we seek to offer the best financing options in conjunction with the country’s banking institutions,” he declared.

Furthermore, the executive stated that the company expanded the service team with account executives spread across all states in the country.

Bahia's potential

According to the commercial director of Amara NZero, Bahia has been attracting more and more investments in DG (distributed generation). “Bahia’s solar and wind potential is one of its strong points, which is why it is so attractive for investments,” he said.

Ao Canal Solar, Cunha highlighted that the region's warm climate and low rainfall favor the scenario. "We are the fifth largest state in the country, with a relief characterized by plains and low vegetation. With this, we can conclude that we have two positive points here for the installation of solar plants on the ground and wind farms throughout the state", he explained.

Cunha also highlighted that the company's strategy is to spread the benefits of solar energy throughout the country, not just in Bahia. To achieve this, we need to invest in education, training and training, making professionals aware of the importance of energy transformation in the decarbonization of the planet.

“In 2021, we carried out an action at the Center for Science and Technology in Energy and Sustainability, where the Federal University of Recôncavo Baiano is located, with electrical engineers who learned how to implement a solar plant. The objective was for engineering students to learn and improve the theoretical knowledge acquired in practice,” said Cunha.

The classes were taught at the photovoltaic solar energy laboratory. It is in this same location that training is also carried out with installation companies to learn about and use new technologies in the photovoltaic solar energy market. “This is where Amara NZero creates new employment opportunities for graduating students”, concludes Cunha.

Also according to the company, in September this year the company will provide training for integrators in the state of Bahia in the Reconcavo Solar Laboratory.
