We are not yet out of this pandemic, which has generated new and major challenges for companies around the world, but we have managed to quickly adapt to this new scenario.

Factors such as increases in international shipping prices, equipment shortages and changes in module sizes and powers must be properly analyzed. When planning takes these aspects into account, these challenges can be overcome.

We are in December 2021, but with purchases for 2022 already planned with our suppliers. At this moment, a representative volume of equipment is already in maritime transit.

Another huge quantity, in production by manufacturers. As the journey between China and Brazil takes, on average, 45 days, excellent purchasing planning is mandatory in this market.

In 2021, Genyx Solar Power completed 10 years of celebrating new partnerships. We are proud of our history of curating the best products, always offering quality equipment to Genyx's partner integrators.

We are honored to be the largest distributor of the Hoymiles micro inverter in Brazil, as well as pioneers in the commercialization of products from major brands, such as Solis, DAH, Sunova, FoxEss and X-Power.

This experience qualifies us as a major player in the national solar energy equipment distribution market, ranking among the five largest.

Our biggest challenge is to continue growing without losing our essence of quality and proximity in service. We are a young company, we are constantly learning.

We carry out continuous training for our team, always focusing on maintaining warm service to our partner integrator, while maintaining a consultative stance and a high technical level.

To win over and delight customers, it is necessary to invest in three pillars of service excellence: personalization, excellent people management and well-defined processes. Combined with excellent service, we understand the use of technology to be essential in order to improve the customer experience and employee performance.
