The manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters Growatt announced that it is implementing a service center in the city of Maringá, Paraná.
“The enterprise, which already has a call center focused on customer support, it will also be a service base, therefore it will have inverter repairs and product stock”, said Talyson Alves, Marketing Manager at Growatt Brasil.
“Remember that the space was 100% approved in December, but the works are ongoing. The inauguration is scheduled for March and we are also implementing a new ERP (integrated management system) to ensure greater speed in the warranty process,” he reported.
Furthermore, Alves highlighted that the center has a dock and is around 800 square meters. “We already have a center in São Paulo, with a team of 40 technicians/engineers. By the end of January, we will complete the training of these new engineers who have experience in the photovoltaic segment. Growatt continues to hire people committed to providing greater quality and service throughout Brazil.”
“We have been building a strong local team in Brazil since 2016, when Growatt entered the Brazilian market. However, I emphasize that our dedication to providing excellent services to customers has driven our rapid expansion in the country and exponential team growth in recent months”, he emphasized.

Another point highlighted by him is that there was also an expansion of the marketing team to meet the demands of the sector. “The professional marketing team will provide extensive technical and product training for installers, including quick technical instructions and video guides.”
“We reinforce that this complete structure is a consequence of the objective of strengthening our leadership in the Brazilian market, being able to bring new products developed at the factory, as well as quality videos in the quest to increasingly tropicalize the brand”, added Alves.
“In 2022 we have dozens of integrators with more than 300 Growatt inverters installed. We believe that the fruit of this partnership is product quality, guarantee, easy access to our monitoring platform and the certainty that you can count on Growatt”, he concluded

Highly innovative product because as a producer of photovoltaic energy it is necessary to have batteries that really make a difference. Congratulations
