The manufacturer of photovoltaic panels Jinko Solar launched its TOPCon bifacial monocrystalline modules with 590 W to 620 W of power on the photovoltaic market, with efficiencies ranging from 21,11% to 22,18%. According to the company, the manufacture of the panels began in early 2021. The modules have a maximum system voltage of 1500 V.
For Hao Jin, CTO of Jinko Solar, the Tiger Neo series modules are expected to be available for the photovoltaic market soon. “The module is made with a circular solder strip for better optical gain. Its bifaciality of 80-85% is about 5%-15% higher than that of conventional P-type bifacial products,” explains Jin.

According to the manufacturer, the combination of low temperature coefficient, low degradation rate and high bifaciality provides an energy efficiency of 3%, higher when compared to conventional P-type bifacial modules. The company also highlighted that Tiger Neo is recommended for large-scale public service projects, but can also be used on roofs of any size. In addition, Jinko offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year energy warranty.
