With the increase in power outages in Brazil, which expose the weaknesses of the SIN (National Interconnected System), sectors such as industry, commerce, health, and agribusiness have faced significant losses.

Given this reality, SolaX Power presents the Nexus Zero to the market, developed to act as a switching and management cabinet, guaranteeing the continuity of power supply even during power outages or fluctuations in the electrical grid. With a transfer time of 0 milliseconds, the system ensures an uninterrupted supply.

According to Marcelo Nindicker, Technology Manager and engineer at SolaX Power, the equipment can guarantee continuous power without fluctuation, which is crucial for sectors that cannot suffer interruptions, such as industry and essential services.

"The Nexus Zero ensures a continuous power supply without flickering lights, which is crucial for..." industries and other essential services, for example. This continuity of supply also protects electrical components against external damage,” explains Marcelo Niendicker, Technology Manager and Engineer at SolaX Power.

Technical characteristics

The Nexus Zero features an integrated EMS (Energy Management System) responsible for optimizing energy flow and managing battery charge and discharge cycles. The company also highlights that this technology provides greater stability, especially in situations of instability or fluctuation in the electrical grid, ensuring that the supplied energy is always reliable.

Available in models up to 1,25 MW, the Nexus Zero can be operated in parallel, meeting higher demands and making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors that require a constant power supply to keep their operations running.

According to SolaX, another distinguishing feature of the Nexus Zero is its IP55 rating, which protects the equipment against dust and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for operation in harsh environments, such as those found in agribusiness and other industries with adverse conditions.

Furthermore, the solution was developed for 380/220V three-phase networks, making it compatible with the main electrical configurations in the Brazilian market. The product also automatically integrates batteries, photovoltaic energy (optional), and diesel generators, offering a complete solution to guarantee a continuous power supply, even in case of power grid failures.

According to Neindicker, the system also has built-in protections and management functionalities, such as SPD (surge protection device), environmental monitoring, and microgrid logic, which optimize operation and increase equipment durability.

Another point mentioned by the engineer is the cost savings. "It's possible to schedule battery usage during peak hours when tariffs are higher," he concludes.
