As it has been doing around the world, the photovoltaic module manufacturer Astronergy has also expanded its projects in Brazil. The same outstanding work has been carried out by SOLAR 11 PARTICIPAÇÕES SA, a holding Brazilian company focused on development and investment in renewable energy formed by Elleven, Verona and Grupo Energia.

With the same objectives of increasingly leveraging their businesses, through quality projects, the two companies joined forces to build plants of extreme importance for the country.

Among the projects of this partnership are UFV Eleven One CN and UFV Eleven Four ITB, the first located in Caldas Novas and the second in Itumbiara, both in the state of Goiás.

For the UFV Eleven One CN, 11.520 Astronergy modules were used, totaling 7.159.680 Wp. Of these, 8.064 modules are of the Astro N5 model with 620 W of power, and the other 3.456 modules are Astro N5 with 625 W of power. The same numbers accompany the UFV Eleven Four ITB project, which also totals 7.159.680 Wp.

“We are excited about the results of these photovoltaic plants, a combination of Grupo Energia’s design excellence and the generation of Astronergy N-type modules,” he says. Wanderley Sandrini, sales manager at Astronergy for GD projects in the country.

“We already have several plants around the country, but these are the first projects in this new partnership – which we hope will continue to reap many rewards. It will be a privilege to closely monitor, right in the heart of Brazil, the performance and quality of our Astro modules,” he emphasized.

Reduction of pollutants and production of clean energy

Together, the Caldas Novas and Itumbiara plants will generate an average of 28.070,04 MWh/year of solar energy over the next 20 years. This energy generation will reduce CO13.193 emissions by 2 tons/year – an extremely important project in terms of sustainability and environmental preservation.

The UFV Eleven One CN and UFV Eleven Four ITB projects are of great importance to Astronergy, as together they add up to around 14,3MW of installed power using Astro N5 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules.

This significant contribution reinforces Astronergy’s presence in Brazil’s solar energy market and highlights the company’s commitment to providing clean and sustainable energy solutions.

About Astronergy

Astronergy operates as part of the CHINT Group, specializing in solar cells and panels. Since its founding in 2006, it has made its presence felt as one of the first private entities to explore the photovoltaic field in China, and has established itself as an innovator in n-type TOPCon photovoltaic modules.

According to the manufacturer, thanks to the advanced technology of large-sized wafers, the ASTRO series, one of the company's flagship products, adapts to a wide range of applications, including large-scale installations, commercial and industrial photovoltaic systems, as well as residential projects.

Congratulations on the report, Mateus. We are experiencing a huge energy transition in Brazil and around the world. Many people still don't understand the damage that pollution is causing to the environment.
Finding renewable sources is extremely important for the environment. I work with distributed generation projects for solar energy credits. From 8% to 20%, which can reach up to 90% in savings for our residential and business clients. I am looking for partners to expand the project. Interested parties should call Watts directly at 51984863327.
