More than 40 years of career make Bell Marques one of the great symbols of music in Brazil. With an intense schedule from January to January, the singer has an inexhaustible force in his shows.

Now, the artist also has another source of energy: a 150,96 kWp solar plant installed on his Ana Bonita farm, located in Cabaceiras do Paraguaçu, in the interior of Bahia.

According to SDB Solar Energy, responsible for installing the system, 296 510 W modules from Trina Solar and two Sungrow inverters of 75 kW and 33 kW were used. A Estimated savings over 25 years are more than R$6 million.

“It is clean, renewable energy all year round, guaranteed for many, many years. The more than 230 MWh of annual generation is certainly enough to supply some electric trios. It’s a project that has everything to do with Bell”, commented Lucas Macedo, CEO of SDB Energia Solar.

In addition to promoting cost reduction, the new photovoltaic plant will contribute to the reduction of 701 tons of CO2 in the atmosphere, which is equivalent to the planting of more than 2 thousand trees.

“I like coming to the farm to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of my routine and to be closer to nature. I am happy to, from now on, generate clean and sustainable energy in Ana Bonita”, highlighted Bell Marques.
