The first benefit is the harmonious design. With consistent colors and a cohesive appearance, GoodWe inverters and GoodWe batteries can be instantly recognized as belonging to the same company. Meanwhile, our products harmonize perfectly with white goods such as refrigerators and air conditioners.

This approach directly reflects growing customer demand for a design that resembles home appliances, providing an integrated and familiar aesthetic.

Full compatibility

Remote update: The remote update routine involves the server sending the firmware directly to the inverter, which then transfers the update to the battery. It is important to highlight the use of the proprietary SolarGo application to facilitate this update process.

However, when it comes to other brands of batteries, they may require different software or applications and may even require a technician to travel to perform local updates to the battery control software.

Remote diagnosis: GoodWe's Battery Management System (BMS) continuously sends monitoring information to the inverter, including voltage, temperature, State of Charge (SOC), etc.

This comprehensive data from both the battery and inverter enables efficient analysis of power flow and facilitates timely troubleshooting. However, when it comes to other battery brands, data may be intermittent or not provided in real time, which reduces the ability to perform accurate analyzes and diagnoses.

Simplified Setup: With our single app, SolarGo, customers can easily complete all commissioning. However, when it comes to other battery brands, the process becomes more complicated.

Customers must select the GoodWe communication protocol in the third-party inverter app, or the battery manufacturer's protocol in the GoodWe app. This double selection process increases the risk of connection failures, which may not be immediately evident.

Consequently, customers are required to check both user manuals to identify the source of the problem. Additionally, the GoodWe inverter automatically recognizes the number of battery modules, while other brands may require manual selection, which can lead to compatibility issues and operational challenges.

Plug & Play connection: the BMS cables are supplied together with the equipment, and an experienced professional only needs 6 to 8 minutes to install the communication and power cables.

However, when it comes to other battery brands, the supplied BMS cables may not be compatible. Customers need to decide whether to use CAN or RS485 communication platform and then prepare the cable. This requires more time.

Comprehensive compatibility: Rigorous tests are carried out on both hardware and software aspects on the GoodWe inverter operating with the GoodWe battery. As all components belong to the same product ecosystem, compatibility is fluid and flawless, achieving 100% resource usability.

When it comes to other battery brands, GoodWe's objective is limited to basically ensuring compatibility between communication protocols.

After-sales service

Fast After-Sales Service: When choosing GoodWe products, customers have the advantage of contacting the company directly for support in case of problems with inverters or batteries. GoodWe manages issue resolution and provides updates to customers.

In contrast, with other brands' products, customers are redirected to third-party support to diagnose problems, creating more inconvenience and requiring time to communicate between multiple parties. GoodWe offers comprehensive support, simplifying the troubleshooting process and saving you time.

Finally, as shown in the diagram, GoodWe continues to invest in developing more features so that the usability of its inverters and batteries is increasingly user-friendly.

Hi, good morning, I need to work with a system that adds power without changing the inverter, like homille micro inverters.

What are the applications?- Pre configurations? and possibilities with this HYBRID ON GRID OFF GRID?

    HAS GRID CONTROL (zero grid?)

    Accepts input from Diesel Generator

Input for On-Grid already installed on the client?

Does it manage priorities? Priority loads? Grid injection? BESS?

    Good Morning!
I have been a solar photovoltaic system installer for over 4 years. One of our biggest difficulties is not having an off grid solar system supplier.
