On June 8th and 9th, 2026, the first edition of the event “Black Box of the Solar Market” will take place in São Paulo (SP), bringing together entrepreneurs and integrators from the photovoltaic sector in a closed strategic immersion focused on the challenges and transformations of the distributed generation (DG) market in Brazil. The meeting will be held at Espaço Bilhim de Eventos, in Alphaville, São Paulo (SP).
According to the organizers, the event was developed for professionals who already operate in a structured way in the market and seek a more strategic understanding of the future of the segment, at a time of transition in the Brazilian solar sector, marked by pressure on margins, consolidation of companies and increased operational complexity for integrators.
Unlike traditional industry models, the event will not feature exhibitors, suppliers on stage, or product-focused presentations.
The proposal aims to focus the discussions on the real dynamics of the photovoltaic market and the challenges faced by companies in the sector, directing the debate towards what the most structured integrators actually need to discuss:
“The solar market grew very quickly and attracted everyone. Now it's in a selection phase, and the integrators who will lead the next five years are not necessarily the biggest ones today. They are the ones who are making the right decisions now, with information that most still don't have access to,” commented Elcio Rudnik, founder of the event.
Among the proposed topics are real-world dynamics of margins and pricing in the current market; sustainable scaling models for growing integrators; strategic analysis of consolidation and competitive positioning; and commercial management and structuring for operations that need to grow without depending on the founder.
According to the organizers, places will be limited and participation will be subject to a qualification process, with the aim of ensuring the level of discussions and the strategic profile of the participants.
João Kepler confirms attendance.
One of the highlights of the event is the confirmed participation of João Kepler, an entrepreneur and one of the most respected investors in Brazil, a leading figure in innovation, business ecosystems, and building scalable companies.
Kepler's participation, who does not usually attend sector-specific events in the solar market, is interpreted by the organizers as a sign of what Caixa Preta represents: an environment where the level of conversation goes beyond the sector and reaches the business maturity that the moment demands.
“When someone of Kepler’s caliber decides to be at a solar market event, it says something about what’s being built here. It’s no longer just about panels and inverters. It’s about companies, decisions, and the future,” stated Elcio Rudnik.
