A idea of the deputy is listening to experts and “evaluate the best route in the search for a better energy distribution service to the population and the improvement of legislation”, he stated.

In the audience The following bills will be discussed:

  • PL 4831 / 23: which regulates the renewal of distributor concessions;

  • PL 444/24: which changes the rule for calculating distributors’ performance indicators;

  • PL 445 / 24: which provides rules for inspection agreements between Aneel and the state regulatory agency;

  • PL 446/24: which deals with the transparency of information related to energy distributors.

According to the deputy, all of these projects seek to guarantee “efficiency, effectiveness and equity in the regulation of electrical energy services”.
