A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) maintained the fine of R$ 22,4 million to Neoenergia Elektro due to non-compliance with indicators related to the quality of energy supply.
A penalty was applied in October 2022 due to violation of the continuity indicators of duration and frequency of power outages (DEC and FEC).
Elektro, which operates in states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso, filed an appeal to reverse the decision, but the agency's board decided to dismiss it on Tuesday (2/7).
“During the inspection process, it was found that 23,44% of the sets in the Neoenergia Elektro concession area showed violation of the DEC and FEC indicators, a percentage equivalent to 30 of the total of 128 sets”, informs the ANEEL.

This is the second time in less than 30 days that the ANEEL remains in favor of continuing to apply a penalty to an energy distributor.
On June 4th, the board of Agency maintained the fine of R$28,3 million for Light, applied on March 5, after an inspection process.
“During Light’s monitoring period, the inspection detected excessively excessive restoration times, lasting more than 24 hours in 39.930 interruptions, which affected 77.651 consumers,” highlighted the ANEEL.

Excellent!
Here in the region where I live, unfortunately, the inspection at the time I reported it to ANEEL had no effect.
I am currently at the loss of a TV and a desktop computer.
Unfortunate.
