A Genyx Solar Power and Sebrae hold, this Thursday (13), the second edition of the Minas Solar on the Road, which takes place in Governador Valadares, 314 km from Belo Horizonte.

The event brings together several companies and industry experts to discuss market, tendencies, opportunities, new business models, management e entrepreneurship e regulatory environment.

Minas Solar na Estrada will tour 10 cities in the state in 2023. The first edition took place in March, in Janaúba, in the northern region, and was attended by more than 400 people.

“We had a large audience at this first event. This brings motivation and also generates expectations for what we will do in Governador Valadares,” said Bruno Catta Preta, director of institutional relations at Genyx and regional coordinator of ABSOLAR.

According to him, Minas is the second most populous state in the country and second in solar energy generation, and in all 850 municipalities there is at least one photovoltaic module (Janaúba alone, in the north of the state, has 1,5 million) .

“These data alone justify Minas Solar na Estrada, which aims to promote professional relationships that lead to good business and solutions that help in the democratization of solar energy in the country”, added the executive.

Diogo Lisboa, energy sector analyst at Sebrae Minas, sees the Minas Solar na Estrada events as an opportunity to communicate with the solar sector community and help with the training and entrepreneurship that this business model offers.

“At all Minas Solar events, it will be possible to learn about and take advantage of the demand of each region, competitively and sustainably inserting small businesses from Minas Gerais into the distributed generation chain of photovoltaic solar energy”, he pointed out.

For Lisbon, Governador Valadares is one of the largest economic hubs in the state and in this edition, in addition to discussing topics in the photovoltaic production chain, it will be a time to strengthen networking during the fair that will be taking place with the presence of manufacturers, distributors and financial institutions presenting lines of credit and financing.

Schedule

For the month of April, Minas Solar na Estrada arrives in the municipality of Governador Valadares on (13/04) and in the capital Belo Horizonte on the 27th and 28/04. In May, the caravan stops in Teófilo Otoni (25/05), while in June, it continues on to Montes Claros (02/06) and Arinos (21/06).

The next stop is in July, on 20/06 in the city of Itajubá. In August, Juiz de Fora hosts Minas Solar on a date to be defined. The project continues on the road and in September reaches the municipality of Uberlândia (21/09). Itaúna closes the caravan route on 26/10.

Minas Solar na Estrada is supported by ABSOLAR and has the following partners: Banco Genyx, Chint Power, Clamper, Hoymiles, Inox Par, JA Solar, Nansen, New Cabos and Solar Group.
