HYXiPOWER recently reached the milestone of 1.000 connected power plants in Brazil. The feat, achieved in less than six months, includes installations in all regions of the country – highlighting the stable performance of its microinverters under different climatic conditions, a crucial factor in a country characterized by thermal contrasts and high solar incidence.

According to the manufacturer, the microinverters, which have a 25-year warranty, are designed to operate efficiently even at high temperatures, extending the power generation curve in critical scenarios.

With internal temperature tolerances of up to 84°C and external temperatures of up to 60°C, the devices maintain performance while other models on the market, according to the company, already experience performance declines. Power reduction only begins after the ambient temperature reaches 60°C, providing greater operational stability and system safety.

After-sales service

In addition to supplying equipment, the manufacturer offers after-sales support services, focusing on technical support. Customer service is provided by phone and WhatsApp, targeting distributors and installers.

According to HYXiPOWER, support is provided immediately in simpler cases. Situations requiring technical analysis are handled within one business day of receiving the necessary information.

A company states that the service model was structured to provide support at all stages of the installations, based on the demand presented by its commercial partners.

With products designed for Brazil's thermal challenges and accessible technical support, HYXiPOWER emphasized that it has been consolidating its presence in the photovoltaic market as a manufacturer that combines technology, durability and commitment to the integrator.
