Leading this movement is Julio Cesar Ventura de Oliveira, who assumes the position of CEO of SSM Brazil. He will guide the company with a focus on sustainable growth, integration between areas, and strengthening management oriented towards innovation, operational efficiency, and structured development.

Julio's arrival as leader also reinforces SSM's strategy of consolidating an operation closer to its clients, without losing sight of the values ​​that have marked the company's trajectory and that will now support a new stage of growth.

To transform this vision into reality, the company structured a leadership team comprised of experts with extensive experience in different strategic areas.

In the Supply Chain area, Eneliandro Dupin leads the main fronts of the supply chain, integrating strategy, planning, procurement, production, and logistics. His work focuses on process optimization, ensuring operational efficiency, security of supply, and sustainability.

Leading the Commercial area, Abel Neto leads the relationship strategy with integrators, EPC contractors, distributors, and partners, reinforcing SSM's presence in the market and the company's proximity to the entire photovoltaic chain.

Financial management is the responsibility of Alberto H. Wedderhoff Jr., who works to strengthen corporate governance and create a solid foundation to support the structured growth of the organization.

The company's institutional positioning is the responsibility of Patricia Andrade Pereira de Oliveira, who leads the marketing and communication strategies focused on consolidating the brand, connecting with the market, and strengthening the reputation built by SSM throughout its history.

In Engineering, Renan Stadinicki works to guarantee product quality standards and provide technical training to the sales force. His mission is to bring engineering, industry, and the market closer together, transforming customer demands into improvements and solutions aligned with the evolution of the solar sector.

Bruno Kappaun is responsible for industrial operations, coordinating initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, integrating processes, improving quality, and enhancing production capacity.
