Canal Solar PHB brings training and knowledge to partners in Vitória (ES)
When we talk about training, it is not just integrators who need to differentiate themselves, but the entire market

The year 2023 has arrived with great changes and opportunities for the solar sector in Brazil with regulatory changes and the national and international political and geopolitical scenario.

Many may view such changes with suspicious eyes, however, the fact is that these changes are most likely the most important and impactful moment in the sector since Normative Resolution 482, back in 2012.

The year 2022 got us used to it badly. A sale of photovoltaic systems has become a major retail, with demand far exceeding supply. This may be good economically, but it affects us technically, as we are not concerned with an important factor in sales, the need to convince the customer.

With the client already convinced of all Advantages of having a photovoltaic system at home, the integrator no longer needed to show its differences, such as technical and commercial mastery of the subject, and the market ended up inevitably reducing to price fight.

Let us forget the previous years, for they are long gone. The current reality is different, and believe me, it is very attractive to everyone.

A training of integrators will serve more than ever as the market differential, and perhaps we will have to get used to the sales method we practiced in the first years of solar in Brazil, through the presentation of technical and financial studies to prove to our client how much Is it worth having a photovoltaic solar system.

When we talk about training, it is not just the integrators that need to differentiate themselves, but the entire market. With a history of focus and concern with this training of its partner, PHB Solar resumed its in-person training, taught at the Training Center at the company's headquarters in São Paulo, as well as a round of Academies throughout all regions of Brazil.

The Academy's last stop PHB Solar It was in Vitória (ES), on February 28th. We discussed several key points with our partners, such as changes brought by Law 14.300, differences between ACR and ACL, PHB projects and solutions for large PV plants, good installation practices, PHB fixation structures and after sales.

In addition, JA Solar, Jinko Solar and Longi, three PHB partners in the supply of PV modules and the largest manufacturers in the world, participated in the event. The academy also had the participation of Reicon, a driver supplier.

Photovoltaic modules are, together with inverters, the main elements of a photovoltaic system. Furthermore, they need to remain in good generation condition for more than 25 years and guarantee the power they promise.

Felipe Yugo, sales manager at JA Solar, spoke about the importance of using modules with proven quality and from a company with long-standing expertise in the market.

Yugo highlights that currently, photovoltaic energy is one of the best financial investments, in addition to the benefits for the environment as a source of clean energy.

According to him, however, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the equipment that makes up the project. A PH extension, through the Academies, has been generating training for its partners through technical development.

Yugo also says that the result is the guarantee of training and knowledge about the products offered to the market, enabling installers to make the best choices in relation to quality and performance characteristics.

“Participating in events with PHB is always a unique opportunity to connect with qualified professionals, learn new things and expand your network of contacts. It is an investment that brings lasting returns for anyone.” commented Eduardo Gama, Jinko Solar.

“Training is crucial, as it gives the integrator the trust they need to have with suppliers, presents market trends, advantages of working with quality products and, above all, helps the integrator to make the right decisions to optimize project costs. systems, avoiding some installation errors due to lack of guidance.” commented Karen Melo, Longi.

In this restart of the sector, we must turn our eyes to product and service quality, installation and after-sales. An installed photovoltaic system is a product that must remain operational for several years, and this requires differences. Anyone who wants to stay in the market needs to have strong partnerships and knowledge, and this PHB Solar provides to its partners.

The PHB Solar Academy will also visit the cities of Caxias do Sul, Fortaleza, Sinop, Goiânia, Belém, São José do Rio Preto and Belo Horizonte in 2023. If you want to learn more about PHB and partner products and sign up for training at the company and gyms, visit our website and platform and stay connected on our social media.
