A BYD Brazil issued, this Tuesday (12), a statement stating that the photovoltaic kit proposals with 550 W BYD modules registered with Finame are false. “Unfortunately, some integration companies have acted illegally and irresponsibly, violating the rules determined by BNDES, using the Finame BYD code for projects that use imported modules,” said the company in a statement.
“This practice has been denounced very frequently by BYD’s partners and there is already a joint effort between banking entities, associations and manufacturers, aimed at identifying and penalizing offenders”, they highlighted.
