Canal Solar Debureaucratization for the payment of solar plants
Payment method provides the option of purchasing through e-commerce via credit card

We are always seeking to understand our client's pain, be it the integrator or the end client who purchases the plant. Proof of this is the launch of a means of payment focused on the acquisition of photovoltaic kits without bureaucracy and with payment in up to 21 installments.

With the launch in question, we will help minimize the customer's two main pain points, financing bureaucracy and time for payment.

The new payment method consists of providing the customer with the option of making their purchase through e-commerce via credit card – visa and master flags – up to 21 times with interest of 0,99% per month. Altogether, the campaign seeks to make acquisition of the photovoltaic plant more agile and without bureaucracy.

For the launch, customer profiles were studied and modernizations were carried out in e-commerce, with the aim of promoting new improvements aimed at optimizing the customer experience.

With the Financial Products Department, we implement, through structured partnerships, ways to facilitate the purchase of the photovoltaic generator and, for this, work must be constant.

When analyzing the commercial proposal considering installments in up to 21 installments, the customer will see that it is very advantageous, with a total effective cost much lower than what is currently available on the market.

Financing for solar energy systems: 4 mistakes to avoid

For customers looking for balance the card installment based on the value of energy bill, is a point to add. It is important to highlight that payment in up to 21 installments by credit card can only be made through Amara NZero e-commerce, and there is no minimum purchase amount.

In addition to the above, it is worth noting that, for residential and rooftop consumption plants, the average payback period is between 24 and 36 months. With installments at a similar value to the bill for traditional energy consumed, it is completely comfortable for those who want purchase a photovoltaic plant make the purchase via credit card.

With this, it is concluded that the installment plan extended in up to 21 installments will give the customer the possibility of receiving practically the entire return on the investment made.

Just like this successful initiative, many others will be carried out at Amara NZero throughout the year. Our mission is to bring the best solutions so that our customers can make purchases in a practical way and with the best possible conditions. The focus is only one: closing on a high.
