26th GD Norte Regional Forum takes place in Manaus (AM)

O 26th Regional Distributed Generation Forum with renewable sources in the North, will take place on the days September 11 and 12 at the Vasco Vasques II Convention Center, in Manaus (AM).

The regional forum seeks to bring together solution providers, EPCs, integrators, distributors, manufacturers, professionals and academics from the north of the country to discuss challenges and opportunities in the solar sector and DG.

The event will also address regulatory barriers, legal impediments, innovative technologies, financing, training and growth prospects.

The first day will begin at 8am in the auditorium, with accreditation and broadcast of sponsors' videos followed by the program:


8:20 am – Start of the opening ceremony

Speeches by the authorities: Secretary of Mining and Gas of Amazonas, Government of Pará, Government of Rondônia, Government of Roraima, Government of Acre, Government of Amapá and Tiago Fraga, CEO of the FRG Mídias & Eventos Group; followed by the opening lecture by Hélvio Neves Guerra, consultant and former director of ANEEL.

9:40 am – Panel “Opportunities and new businesses in distributed energy generation”
“PHB Solutions for Law 14.300” with Ivan Sarturi, electrical engineer at PHB Solar; “Technical Application in the Purchase of Photovoltaic Generators” with Gabriel Bulla, electrical engineer at EDELTEC; “Fuse Sizing for Photovoltaic Systems” with Felipe Viotto, electrical engineer at EMBRASTEC.

10:55 am – Panel “Considerations on GD in Brazil”
“New Vision and New Business” with Eduardo Lopes, partner and founder of INOXPAR; “Energy Solutions in Agribusiness and Financing Lines” with Carlos Andriolli, project manager at WEG Solar; “Inverters, Management and Integration of Different Energy Sources” with Ricardo Parolin, operations manager at HYPONTECH.


12:05 – Lunch 

14pm – Panel “Number of connections and potential installed in the northern region” with Helane Souza, president of AMESOLAR.
14:40 pm – Panel “Technologies that make a difference in the energy potential of DG/PV plants” 

“Revolutionizing the Fixing of Solar Structures: Presentation of Studio Fix” with Samuel Veloso, Commercial Manager of Studio Solar; CASE 01 and CASE 03.


15:40 pm – Panel “New business models in DG/FV”
“Agrophotovoltaic Module Technology (Agro-PV) – Dual Use of Land: Energy Production and Agriculture” with Renato Machado, Project Financing Manager of AESOLAR and CANADIAN.


16:20 pm – Panel “Financing lines”

CASE 1: “Current Scenario for Financing Renewable Energy Projects”;

16:45 pm – Panel “Future meeting of GD/FV in Brazil” with Felipe Viotto, electrical engineer at EMBRASTEC; Fernando Schmidt, electrical engineer at PHB Solar; Gabriel Bulla, electrical engineer at EDELTEC; Eduardo Lopes, partner and founder of INOXPAR; Carlos Andriolli, project manager at WEG Solar; Robson Skalski, sales supervisor at Studio Solar and moderation by Tiago Frago from Grupo FRG Mídias & Eventos.


17:45 pm – Special closing lecture with Bruno Herbert, president of ABESCO.

The second day will begin at 8:30 am in the auditorium with accreditation and the broadcast of sponsors' videos, followed by the program: 

09h – Panel “Monitoring of DG/PV plants” with Siqueira Neto, CEO of PV Operation; “Considerations about DG in Brazil” with Fernando Schmidt, electrical engineer at PHB Solar; Arthur Turra, electrical engineer at EDELTEC and FORTLEV.


10:45 am – “Isolated systems in the Amazon” with Rubem César from UFAM; CASE 2 and 3;
12:05 – Lunch
14:30 pm – “ESG, credits and carbon neutralization in companies” with Geanderson Cutrin Soares, electrical engineer at CGS Solar; Danielle Rachid Viana, marketing coordinator at Casa AMIN and Paulo Henrique Soares Silva, agronomic consultant at PH Consultoria E Serviços Agrícolas. 

15:45 pm – “Opening of the free market and distributed generation” with Fernando Oliveira Silveira, director of Commercial Strategy at 2W Energia; CASE 02.


16:25 pm – “Considerations, opportunities and technologies regarding the energy storage sector in Brazil” with Sydney Ipiranga, electrical engineer at Solar Plus Brasil and CASE 02.


17:05 pm – “The importance of environmental sustainability in line with the generation of clean and renewable energy” with Maurício Silva, electrical engineer at Smart Sun.

17h30 - Closing
