We are ending 2021 with a vision of the future. Despite all the challenges faced in the year ending, Renovigi Energia Solar – leader in the manufacture of photovoltaic systems in Brazil – remains optimistic.

Like a large part of the business community, we feel the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially with regard to the limitation on imports of raw materials arriving from Asia. The global health crisis unbalanced the global logistics chain and this factor prevented even greater growth in sales.

However, photovoltaic solar energy is already beginning to show its transformative potential, given that, in Brazil and around the world, this renewable, clean and competitive source has been increasingly chosen by governments, entities and companies as one of the main options for the resumption of economic growth post-pandemic.

Renovigi has effectively played its role in this transformation. Investing in sustainable energy, in an increasingly demanding world dependent on this alternative, clean and free source, was our dream when we founded the company in Chapecó (SC), in 2012.

Throughout these almost 10 years of history, we imagined that we would face different challenges - inherent to entrepreneurship -, but the innovative talent of our team, combined with the high professionalism of our accredited professionals, have kept Renovigi as a leader in its segment in the manufacture of photovoltaic systems. . The level of satisfaction and growth of our customers is proof that we are on the right path.

Within this scenario of global difficulties, our results in 2021 could not be more promising. Maintaining the pace of exponential growth over the last four years, we are closing the year with expected revenue of R$850 million.

We sold around 25 thousand photovoltaic generation systems in 2021 alone, which totals more than 75 thousand Renovigi photovoltaic generators installed in Brazil since our inception in 2012. This would not be possible without the collaborative strength of our more than 9.000 accredited people, who are Renovigi's partners and integrators in direct sales to customers.

Looking at the horizon of opportunities for solar generation that the Northeast region represents, we are about to inaugurate a new factory that will be based in Complexo do Pecém, in São Gonçalo do Amarante (Ceará). This production unit will be Renovigi's third in the country and will facilitate service logistics for the North and Northeast markets.

Renovigi's expansion translates into investments in these regions and an increase in the supply of direct and indirect jobs. For 2022, we project growth of 40% and revenue that should exceed R$1,2 billion.

The growing demand for solar generation continues to grow and Renovigi, the market leader, is increasingly structured to meet this expansion in demand.

Every day we strengthen ties with our accredited companies and establish new partnerships, such as those being implemented with educational institutions, seeking to enable improvements in universities, promoting entrepreneurship and increasing employability.

We invest in research to seek the best products and results for our customers and business partners. We will have lots of news for 2022 and 2023.

Given the excellent results obtained in 2021 and the projects in progress, we remain convinced of our purpose and enter next year with confidence, betting on a market that is booming.

Resilience is among the pillars that support our business and which, together with innovation, technology, sustainability and social responsibility, remain engines to generate a positive impact on society.
