A Renovigi Solar Energy announced that it included its nationally manufactured module Reno 550 W No. Finame Low Carbon, line of credit aimed at the generation of photovoltaic and wind energy offered by BNDES.

Through it, it is possible to acquisition and sale of equipment that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions with more advantageous installments, both for installers and for the end customer.

According to Guilherme Costa, executive general manager at Renovigi, the cost for production in Brazil is higher, however, it is necessary for product accreditation with Finame, and thus offer more attractive lines for small to large projects. size, rural or industrial, with grace period and deadline for larger payments.

“The national manufacture of solar energy equipment was a natural path for Renovigi. Since last year, we have been developing new products aiming to offer a complete solar energy solution,” he said.

“In February, we launched the Renovigi private brand panel and, now, we started producing in Brazil. The investment is compensated by financing from BNDES, which will mainly cover large projects”, explained Costa.

How works

Finame is a financing line offered by BNDES with easy conditions to promote and support small and medium-sized businesses. The objective is to enable the acquisition of machines, equipment, industrialized goods, IT or automation with easier conditions.

According to the company, unlike other traditional credit lines, Finame financing lines have attractive interest rates, grace period and longer payment terms.

Finame Baixo Carbono has an interest rate of 0,95% pa, including the financial agent's fee of up to 3,5% pa. In addition, the financing payment term is up to 10 years, with a grace period of 2 years, according to information from BNDES.

The financing is aimed at three types of audiences: rural producers, micro, small or medium entrepreneurs and large companies. If the financing is up to R$10 million, for example, the request must be made to the financial institution accredited by BNDES, informing the interest in financing a national photovoltaic generator that has the Finame code.

For companies that earn more than R$40 million and intend to finance more than R$10 million, the request must be made directly to BNDES, through a request for authorization that can be issued on the institution's website. In this case, it is necessary to attach a technical-commercial proposal and a series of documents, which differ for each case.
