The partnership between the manufacturer and distributor of photovoltaic systems Renovigi Energia Solar and Vendemmia, reported in June by Canal Solar, officially started last Thursday (22). Both received customers and partners at the company's warehouse in Navegantes (SC), which will handle the operation.

Renovigi's goal is to increase competitiveness and enhance quality in all processes of the logistics chain, optimizing performance and focusing more on strategic activities. To this end, Vendemmia will be responsible for managing and storing the manufacturer's products, from receiving, checking, labeling, addressing, separation and movement of components.

The new Renovigi office in the center of Itajaí (SC) was also opened last week, which will function as an administrative center and import department – which will guarantee more efficiency and greater precision in stock management with cutting-edge technology and resources.

Furthermore, the photovoltaic equipment distributor highlighted that the project was designed to support the company's growth plan in the coming years. For this second semester, for example, the company plans to open a third unit in the Northeast, announced through the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed with the Government of Ceará in June this year.

The contract, with an initial duration of 60 months, will have an average monthly movement volume of more than 8 thousand components, 4,6 thousand photovoltaic generators using a fleet of 150 vehicles, occupying an area of 3 thousand m² in the Vendemmia Distribution.

“For Renovigi, this partnership means that we are moving forward with the expansion project. The contract guarantees us greater capillarity in logistics, guaranteeing our accredited partners full access to the product delivery route and also improving the on-time experience of our end customer”, explained Gustavo Martins, CEO of the company.

“With the Vendemmia Analytics platform, our customers monitor all stages of the logistics process in real time, from collection at the supplier to our customers’ doors. Renovigi and its accredited companies will have visibility and information to make the best strategic decisions for your business”, highlighted Maurício Leonel, Business Director at Vendemmia.

For the executive, the current scenario shows how important it is to expand the supply of other types of energy in the Brazilian matrix. “The country has enormous potential to be a leader in this photovoltaic segment. Our experience and expertise as a logistics operator allows us to act with quality and knowledge, helping our customers to help build a more sustainable energy matrix,” he concluded.
