A Solis presented at the Intersolar Europe 2023, storage solutions and inverters, serving residential, C&I (commercial and industrial) and utility-scale solar applications.
Among the highlights were the 6th generation S6 and S6 Advanced Hybrid storage inverters, which will be available on the Brazilian market in October.
According to the company, such equipment, with residential focus, received positive feedback from installers due to advanced features.
Furthermore, they launched the new generation of three-phase low voltage inverters (220V), including Solis-75k-LV-5G-Pro products.
Another residential product on display was the S6-GR1P(0.6-0.8)K-UM Ultra Mini inverter series, designed specifically for the German “balcony” market.
On a commercial and industrial scale, Solis presented a new energy storage series S6-EH3P(29,9-50)KH, which offers battery flexibility and meets the demand of 1.200 kWh storage applications.
As for solutions for projects on a public service scale, the highlight was the 350 kW three-phase inverter, which maximizes the yields of photovoltaic plants and reduces the LCOE.

“Intersolar Europe provided an excellent platform for Solis to reveal new products that the market has been eagerly awaiting,” said Travis Snyder, product manager at Solis Europe.
“The introduction of the S6-EH3P(29.9-50)KH energy storage series has generated significant public interest, and we have received numerous inquiries regarding the launch dates of the S6 hybrid inverters made specifically for the European market,” he highlighted.
Claire Gardner, Marketing Manager at Solis Europe, emphasized the importance of direct customer interaction, stating: “Our Solis stand really stood out at Intersolar Europe as we had a diverse team capable of speaking 15 languages.”
“Having technical experts at the booth to directly answer audience questions and exchange ideas made our brand more accessible, familiar and local. We received valuable feedback from new customers, highlighting the importance of our service and technical support,” she concluded.

Without a doubt, the expansion of the implementation of solar generation will be leveraged by hybrid inverters, as it is a very good solution for consumers who have a binomial contract, that is, they pay for demand and consumption. What it will allow is to generate your own energy to avoid taxation during peak hours, where energy prices are 4 times higher than those during off-peak hours. The trend is extremely promising and, therefore, it is up to concessionaires to work to seek greater efficiency in the generation and sale of electricity to keep consumers as captives. All of this ultimately favors the ultimate objective of lowering the price of consumer energy, which is one of the most expensive in the world, in contradiction to a country that has a diverse and predominantly renewable energy matrix. We hope that there will be greater common sense in the use of this competitive advantage.
