On August 25th, São Paulo (SP) will host the 4th Brazilian Congress of Women in EnergyWith the theme "Clean Energy, Collective Intelligence," the meeting will take place at the Santander Theater and bring together more than a thousand professionals to discuss the main challenges of the energy transition, with a gender perspective.

Right at the opening, the panel "COP 30 and the Real Brazil" will focus on topics such as green infrastructure, efficient regulation, and climate justice. The panel will feature experts such as Alessandra Torres (ABRAPCH) and Elisa Bastos (ONS), anticipating the discussions scheduled for November during COP 30 in Belém, Pará.

The event will also discuss technologies that are expected to shape the energy matrix by 2050, such as artificial intelligence, electric mobility, and battery storage. The conference is conceived by Lúcia Abadia, who will open the event alongside Laly Mansur of UniFAJ and UniMAX. "Our goal is to demonstrate that the energy transition will only be fair if it incorporates diverse voices and collective intelligence," says Abadia.

The initiative is supported by sponsors such as ENGIE, Unifaj/Unimax, ABGD, Interrisk, EMAE, Lindenberg Construtora, Thopen and Instituto Eldorado, promoting integration between the private sector, academia and civil society around a sustainable agenda.
