A 19ª edition from the GD Nordeste Forum will happen on the 28th and 29th June em Natal, RN). The event will with participation of important names do DG sector (distributed generation).
The forum will bring important topics to business opportunities and will feature exclusive panels to discuss regulatory barriers, legal impediments, innovative technologies, financing, training and growth prospects for the sector.
The event will be attended by 100 speakers and 50 exhibitors. For Tiago Fraga, CEO of Grupo FRG Mídias & Eventos, the company organizing the forum, the event comes “to praise the production of the region richest in sun in the country and provide even more knowledge and technologies through the lectures promoted”.
“We are going to bring the main trends, main technological innovations that will be produced in the sector now and also in the coming years”, comments Fraga.
The expert also points out that the expectation is that the number of connections will grow after the passage of the forum by Natal.
“The expectation is that we can really hold an event that can contribute, encourage and bring in new business”, highlights the executive.
Guilherme Chrispim, president of ABGD (Brazilian Association of Distributed Generation), comments that the northeast region has great potential and the meeting of important players in the sector will allow the market to be leveraged.
“It is also an opportunity for networking, conversations, to see what is new, technology, innovation, possibilities in the distributed generation sector”, adds Chrispim.
According to ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency), Brazil currently has more than 21 GW of installed power in DG. The Northeast region has 4,1 GW of installed power in the DG modality, with more than 393 thousand consumer units, and residences are still the ones that install this type of system the most.
