Last week, the Canal Solar showed that the requests carried out between October 2022 and January 7, 2023 by Brazilians seeking stay outside the rules of Law 14.300 represented a volume of 32,3 GW.

According to ABRADEE, this number is actually in 35,7 GW with 494,5 thousand orders placed, with 468 thousand for connecting microgeneration systems and 26,5 thousand for distributed minigeneration.

This is a volume that represents more than the double the installed power in DG (distributed generation) current from Brazil, which is in 17,3 GW.

Only at the group's distributors Equatorial Energy, for example, the rhythm of new orders more than quadrupled as the deadline for submitting the access opinion approaches.

At the dealership, the average number of requests jumped 300 per day by mid-2022 para 1.263 on January 7, 2023. According to the association, the average power of connection requests in the last three months was 15,4 kW.
