The "Scale with Energy" immersion training program, promoted by Canal Solar, started this Thursday (4), in Sumaré (SP), bringing together entrepreneurs from the energy sector for a journey of strategic, personal and corporate development.
The first day was dedicated to the pillars of identity, purpose, mindset, and organizational culture, themes considered fundamental to the sustainability and prosperity of businesses. During the event, participants were challenged to revisit their beliefs about money, success, and scarcity, understanding how emotional and mental patterns influence decisions, results, and the way teams are led.
Throughout the activities, common pitfalls in the behavior of leaders and entrepreneurs were discussed, such as constant comparison, perfectionism, chronic fatigue, and pressure for validation. Another central theme was the use of time.
The program explored how most human decisions are guided by the subconscious and how the absence of priorities leads to reactivity, the accumulation of unproductive tasks, and a constant feeling of urgency. The thought-provoking question, "Are you investing your days or just wasting your time?", led participants to reflect on choices, focus, and building consistent long-term results.
The immersion also addressed the balance between personal and professional life, emphasizing the role of family as the foundation of legacy, not as an obstacle to growth. The warning was direct: provision without presence inevitably generates distance.
In the field of leadership, organizational culture has been treated as the "soul of the company," that which remains when the leader is not present. Values, rituals, leadership style, and the direct impact of culture on productivity, reputation, and business longevity were discussed. The final message was clear: ego can never be above the team.

Training continues until Saturday.
The “Scale with Energy” Immersion continues this Friday (5) and Saturday (6). The second day is dedicated to execution, focusing on value proposition, brand positioning and marketing strategies aimed at the electricity sector.
The content also covers efficient sales structure, funnel processes, conversion techniques, and increasing average order value, preparing companies to expand while maintaining consistency. The third day will address efficiency, productivity, and finance. Topics include eliminating waste, setting goals, using KPIs, and time management.
The module also covers topics such as automation, artificial intelligence applied to business, performance culture, and financial governance, including costs, pricing, and cash flow. The program's faculty comprises the three partners of Canal Solar, Bruno Kikumoto, Bernardo Marangon and Gustavo Tegon.
The training aims to integrate purpose, strategy, and operation through the so-called "5 keys method," in a structured growth journey for entrepreneurs in the energy sector. The immersion program offers hands-on exercises, exclusive materials, worksheets, a WhatsApp group for networking, and access to recordings for six months.
