Solar integrators, professionals responsible for selling and installing photovoltaic systems for the end customer, have an average monthly income of R$7.

This is what a survey carried out by energytech 77Sol points out, based on 13 professionals registered on its platform. Other findings are that 90% of integrators are male and 55,6% have completed higher education.

Another interesting fact demonstrates how young the solar sector is in Brazil. According to the survey, 35% of integrators have been working in the area for at least three years and 20% between three and five years. 20% also work between one and two years.

With regard to age group, the majority was observed among professionals aged between 30 and 40 years old, representing 44,4% of those registered. Integrators aged between 40 and 50, as well as those between 50 and 60, come next, both with a proportion of 22,2%.

Regarding the status of professionals, São Paulo occupies the prominent position, with 13,97% of registered professionals. Next come Mato Grosso do Sul (11,09%), Paraná (9,88%), Pará (8,18%), Rio de Janeiro (8,18%) and Goiás (6,13%).

According to Luca Milani, CEO and founder of 77Sol, the research also revealed that professionals entering the market already have solid knowledge about the potential of solar energy due to their higher education training.

“But there are also integrators, aged between 40 and 60, who found the segment an opportunity to supplement their income. In this scenario, the state of São Paulo comes out ahead due to the ease of access to information about the sector”, he assesses. Milani.
