Operating as a subsidiary in Brazil since 2016, SMA Solar Energy AG (SMA) once again reinforces its performance in sales management, project planning, assistance and technical training throughout the country, with the support of SMA South America, a regional subsidiary located in Chile.
With the goal of strengthening after-sales services and training in the national territory, SMA Brasil has the support of Ideatek, Service Partner company since 2018, to provide support help desk, technical assistance throughout the country and practical training for installers.
The goal is to prepare 100 professionals by the end of the year in the technologies and solutions of the German giant SMA, world leader in the solar inverter market in the residential, commercial and utility, in addition to battery inverters.
Ideatek has been working since 2013 in the development of the renewable energy market in Brazil and is a partner of SMA in providing after-sales services for photovoltaic inverters, including maintenance, diagnostics, field services, support for remote commissioning and the RMA process (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The services provided by the company include consultancy and certification with INMETRO, as well as maintenance tests. The company's inverter laboratory is one of the most complete on the market and has 20kW of DC power in sources capable of simulating photovoltaic arrays. For SMA, Ideatek has seven dedicated professionals, including four electrical engineers, graduated from top universities.

Just to substantiate my complaint: Service no. 00035389 opened at the Ideatek partner support.
Technical support for activating the warranty does not work well. They do not have established deadlines for the new inverter delivery schedule. Lack of respect for whoever bought it. The brand left something to be desired.
