According to the Chamber, this historic challenge for the market still keeps R$991 million tied up due to lawsuits filed by energy generators.

“It is an important outcome, which helps to alleviate the burden of judicialization in the sector. Now with a considerable amount being redirected to the Market”, highlighted Marco Delgado, CCEE advisor who acted as rapporteur at the administrative level of the agent in question.
