Present in Brazil since 2019, the Chinese manufacturer Dyness is beginning a new cycle of operations in the Brazilian energy storage market. With the advancement of regulations and the strengthening of the solar sector, the manufacturer has been expanding its local structure and reinforcing its commitment to integrators and distributors throughout the country.
According to the company, the year 2022 represented a watershed with the publication of the 140 / 2022 Ordinance, which began to regulate the use of hybrid inverters and batteries connected to the grid.
From then on, despite some fear and many initial doubts, the market began to open space for solutions that increase energy autonomy and add value to the traditional solar system.
In 2023, with the energy transition scenario gaining momentum, the demand for information and storage solutions grew significantly. In 2024, the demand for batteries began to be among the priorities of the production chain in this sector, driven by new investments and the need to ensure stability and efficiency in the energy supply.

“Dyness closely followed all these events and was always present with its products and solutions, believing that the market would experience this growth and today, in 2025, we are certain that investing in Brazil was fundamental for the brand to be recognized in the country, not only for the quality of its equipment, but also for the after-sales services, which since 2019 have also been developed through our service center, in the interior of São Paulo”, highlighted Carlos Trotta, responsible for the new operations in Brazil and Country Manager of Dyness.
Strengthened structure and capacity building at the strategy center
With an eye on a market that continues to grow and increasingly demand more, the manufacturer is expanding its team in Brazil and investing heavily in local presence. The idea is simple: to be closer to provide better service. This includes not only strengthening the sales and technical teams, but also launching new products aimed at Brazil and Latin America, with low and high voltage solutions, compatible with a wide variety of hybrid inverters and off-grid systems.
“One of the great pillars of our growth in the country is to value the expertise of integrators in on-grid projects and make them understand that for this new market, it is essential to constantly absorb knowledge, to propose a project that meets the client's needs and delivers a suitable solution to them,” said Trotta.
With this in mind, Dyness is preparing for a true marathon across Brazil. The company plans to promote a schedule of traveling events, in partnership with important players in the photovoltaic sector, with the aim of sharing technical content and commercial strategies. The proposal is to boost market development, prioritizing quality and performance instead of focusing only on price competitiveness and reinforcing that training is essential.
Certified products ready to serve the storage market
One of the major milestones of this new phase for Dyness in Brazil is the regulation of Inmetro certification of the battery models: DL5.0C and Powerbox G2. According to ordinance 140/2022, the company will be able to officially resume the sale of these batteries in the country, but now with a national quality seal.

The institution highlights that official recognition proves the compliance of its solutions with current technical standards, allowing integrators and distributors to act safely and assist customers.

Good prospects ahead
For Dyness, batteries will be a key part of Brazil's energy transition, a trend that is increasingly clear given the growth of solar energy and the need to strengthen the country's electrical infrastructure.
“From now on, the sector must work to ensure that players in this market understand that it is not just the value of the equipment for these projects that should be discussed, but rather the real and immediate needs of their customers regarding the losses that this causes them when there is a power outage or even the loss of equipment due to fluctuations in the network,” the company emphasizes.
“We are certain that this year and 2026 will be fundamental for installers to begin to understand the need for this migration to hybrid systems with batteries, and that, with the growth prospects in this sector, we can have a mature and aware market in terms of offering reliable products and with all the necessary assistance for a good implementation”, reinforces Trotta.
“This is what Dyness, together with strategic partners and its distributors, intends to drive in this new phase of the solar market, with the certainty that every year present in Brazil will make players in this chain much more confident in choosing the DYNESS brand for their energy storage projects”, he concludes.
