The Executive Management Committee of Camex (Chamber of Foreign Trade) of the Ministry of Economy published, last week, two resolutions extending the validity of the former BIT and BK tariffs until December 31, 2025.

GECEX Resolution No. 322 and GECEX Resolution No. 323 come into force on May 1st of this year.

From that date onwards, the legal acts to be used as a reference in the application of ex-tariffs must correspond to the publication numbers.

Wladimir Janousek, general director of JCS Consultoria e Serviços, clarifies that these are the same ex-tariffs that had already been confirmed by Resolutions 319 and 320 of March 24 of this year.

“Resolutions Gecex 322 and 323 extended their validity until December 31, 2025, providing important legal certainty for developers of projects to be implemented in the coming years”, highlights Janousek.

Access the GECEX Resolution No. 322 e GECEX Resolution No. 323 to check all ex-published tariffs.
