With o focus de develop batteries de 100% national lithium, Hion closed an the partnership to Olos technology Fronius SelectION, a Fronius company, with the insight de provide an recharge closest safe e Management to Batteries de lithium.

In the opinion of Cynthia Thamires da Silva, partner and responsible for the research and development area at Hion Soluções e Tecnologia, the partnership is the result of market research and aims to bring a safe solution to the Brazilian market. “Fronius 24V and 48V chargers were the ones that they presented the best quality when recharging, guaranteeing pure and continuous energy, CAN communication (data communication network between equipment) is an excellent differentiator of this charger, making our recharges efficient and safe”, says Cynthia.

The executive also explains that this difference in quality and interaction between Hion batteries and Fronius chargers makes it possible to more accurately assess the performance of the 4,8 kWh and 3 kW, 24 kWh batteries produced by the company, mainly in the recharge control part of the BMS, which manages energy according to the internal state of the battery.

Mariana Kroker, national sales director at Fronius Perfect Charging do Brasil, states that “just like the SelectION chargers, the Hion solution is aligned with the changes that are happening with logistics 4.0, which is promoting faster, more sustainable deliveries and a more efficient and cost-effective process through automation.”

Also according to the director, Fronius technology allows the Hion team to evaluate and adjust the recharging time and process based on several parameters, including the battery's discharge level, its temperature and the specific needs of each customer.

Cynthia highlights that experiences show that the combination of chargers and batteries with an intelligent system from both brands increases the useful life and availability of forklifts and other machinery, and consequently, customers' logistics operations also become more efficient.
