GoodWe will hold, from March 12th to 15th, the GoodWeek 2024 – online event that reveals the latest trends and advances in the solar sector, highlighting key products, C&I (Commercial and Industrial) storage solutions, large-scale solutions and, most importantly, the safety of photovoltaic systems.
Under the theme “W – Moving Forward to the New Phase”, the event will have a session in each participating country. In Brazil, the edition is scheduled for March 13, at 19 pm, and will reinforce safety and versatility in solar plants, highlighting the integration of AFCI technology with hybrid inverters.
According to the company, the virtual meeting will feature the participation of Fábio Mendes, GoodWe's vice president for South America; Leandro Michels, professor at the Federal University of Santa Maria; Merivaldo Brito, Commercial Technical Director at MB Engenharia e Projetos; Alexandre Pereira, Services Manager at GoodWe Brazil; and Bruno Kikumoto, Executive Director of Canal Solar.
Experts will provide input on AFCI technology, which plays a crucial role in preventing fires in PV systems and will soon be a mandatory requirement in new inverters.
Furthermore, the use of hybrids will be discussed as a versatile and effective solution for electricity supply, offering greater autonomy, reliability and energy efficiency.
“During GoodWeek, we will see unprecedented collaboration between researchers and partners, all dedicated to shaping the solar energy market,” the company concluded.
