Growatt ranks 3rd in exports of single-phase inverters

The string inverter segment is where Growatt has its strategic competitive advantages

Chinese manufacturer Growatt took over 11.6% of the single-phase inverter market worldwide in 2019, ranking third according to the PV Inverter Market Tracker from IHS Markit, a photovoltaic inverter market research company

According to Lisa Zhang, marketing director at Growatt, the achievement is due to the extensive network of supply chains built over the years, in addition to the focus on innovation, quality and service.

“The string inverter segment is where Growatt has its strategic competitive advantages. In addition to the single-phase X series inverters, we are launching new generation three-phase inverters this year. These smart, high-efficiency innovations will generate higher returns for customers,” said Lisa.

By the end of last year, the company had sold more than 1,7 million inverters worldwide, which were installed in more than 100 countries.

Lisa Zhang also outlined Growatt's future prospects. She said the company will continue to focus on R&D (Research and Development) to increase electricity generation and improve the safety of the O&M (Operation and Maintenance) system.
