Investors of the financial market announced the creating a new distributor of photovoltaic equipment in the state of Goiás, in the region Midwest of Brazil.

It is the IP77, that will also offer equipment of segment brands related to solar energy, such as electronic security, UPS, networks and connectivity, automation and access control.

“The company will be led by executive Tarcisio Augusto Dario, a highly prestigious professional in the photovoltaic energy segment. It is a different company, because it was born as a Public Limited Company, with governance and highly qualified professionals, chosen and recruited from the market for their prominence and credibility”, said Rafael Alves, one of the corporation's main investors.

According to Dario, who is also a shareholder of the company, the investment to create the company was significant and he expects a annual revenue of around R$100 million.

“The Midwest deserved a distributor of products like IP77, with competitive prices, stock availability and high quality products. The company is located in a prime area of Goiânia, has 1.800 square meters, has a specialized team and strong governance,” he stated.

“We are not a sales portal, our business is relational, with humanized and personalized service. The company is expected to start operating at the end of February 2023”, highlighted the professional.

According to investors, the chosen name to create a new distributor of photovoltaic equipment refers to an IP address and the meaning applied to the number seven, which represents perfection, harmony and balance.
