Dear friends
All my doctrinal articles (published on the website Direitopublico.com.br) and my professional path as a lawyer I make available to this initiative. My support is unrestricted. Who knows if, instead of sterile discussions in parliaments around the world, we can, through initiatives like this, change the lives of millions, eliminating pockets of misery, creating a way to sustainably develop LIVES taken by the use of fossil fuels?
